What personal data we may process

Depending on how you use the website, we may process:

• any other data you voluntarily provide through the contact or booking form

Please do not submit sensitive or special categories of personal data through the contact form when they are not needed to handle your enquiry.

Contact and booking form

We use the data you send through the contact or booking form in order to:

• respond to your enquiry
• check availability of a date
• prepare a quote
• communicate about a possible booking of Retrodukcija
• take steps prior to entering into a possible contract

The legal basis may be taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to general business enquiries.

Submitting the contact form is not a newsletter sign-up and is not consent to marketing messages.

How long we keep data

Data from enquiries that do not result in a booking is kept for a maximum of 12 months from the end of the communication, unless there is a justified reason for earlier deletion or longer retention.

If a booking or business relationship follows, certain data may be kept longer for the performance of the contract and for accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
